Product DescriptionThe SC(B)12 series 10KV transformer is an epoxy-cast, non-excitation, voltage-regulating dry-type transformer. It is equipped with vibration damping devices to meet low-noise requirements. This model uses a filler-filled F-grade epoxy resin mixture, which, after vacuum degassing, is injected into coils reinforced with a glass fiber mesh and dried. This model exhibits significant improvements in mechanical strength, electrical strength, and heat resistance. The insulation material is flame-retardant, explosion-proof, and pollution-free, alleviating user concerns. The transformer features a temperature monitoring system that controls the start and stop of the air-cooling system based on operating temperature and can issue high-temperature alarms and over-temperature trip signals in extreme temperature conditions. This model offers options for stainless steel, cold-rolled steel plate with powder coating, and aluminum alloy for the transformer casing. Incoming and outgoing lines can be configured as top-in/top-out, bottom-in/top-out, or bottom-in/bottom-out.
This series of products features low loss, low noise, small size, light weight, small footprint, and low installation cost. Compared with the SC(B)11 series, this product is more energy-efficient, noise-reducing, maintenance-free, moisture-proof, and adaptable to operation in high humidity and other harsh environments.
