1. The core is formed by winding silicon steel strip material into a seamless, non-graded near-circular cross-section. The yoke and core columns are connected with rounded corners, creating a fully enclosed core structure.
2. High- and low-voltage windings are directly wound onto the core, ensuring excellent concentricity and strong short-circuit resistance.
3. The unique core structure, formed by rolling grain-oriented high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets and annealing, enables the S11-M.R transformer to achieve a 30% reduction in no-load losses, a 70% decrease in no-load current, and approximately 8 dB lower noise levels compared to the S9 type of equivalent capacity.
