The high-voltage winding is crafted using a sophisticated multi-layer cylindrical, continuous, or connecting continuous design. This innovation enhances the distribution of shocks throughout the winding, minimizes magnetic leakage, and provides exceptional mechanical strength with superior resistance to short-circuits.

2. Iron core design:
Our transformers leverage premium, cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, meticulously arranged using a full diagonal seam stacking method. This not only reduces no-load loss but also significantly lowers no-load current.

3. Fastening and anti-loosening:

4. Vacuum processing:

Ambient temperature: Temperature needs to be ideally maintained between a range of -25°C to +40°C.
Altitude limit: Operational altitude should not exceed 1000 meters.
Air humidity: Relative humidity should be kept below 90% at a temperature of +25ºC.
Installation place: Select an installation area devoid of corrosive gases and noticeable dirt for optimal performance and longevity.
  Maintenance and upkeep:
Regular inspection: Conduct frequent checks on oil levels and perform oil insulation strength tests. Should issues arise, promptly replace the transformer oil to ensure optimal functionality.
Stable operation: To maintain the stability of the transformer, prevent overloads and other anomalies such as short circuits.
