Qingdao Electric oil distribution transformer includes hermetically sealed, amorphous alloy, conservator type and on-load tap changer type, which is usually pole mounted or installed in distribution station for daily lighting and factory power whose LV output up to 0.4kV. Our distribution transformer rating is up to 25000kVA, and primary voltage up to 110kV. The corrugated tanks as thermal expansion and contraction component enable the transformer oil completely isolated with the atmosphere. Oil distribution transformer with primary voltage range of 6,10,10.5,11,20,22,24,33, 35,38.5,66,110,121kV can be manufactured according to customer requirements.

Main Characteristics:

1. The transformer adopts the core seven-stage temperature control technology;
2. The transformer body adopts a mixed insulation system and high quality parts to achieve the same life design for 30 years.
3. Low noise: the noise is reduced by 3 to 5 decibels than the national standard;
4. No leakage: all seals are made of acrylic one-time molded parts, and fluorescent, positive pressure and negative pressure leak test are used;
5. High reliability:The transformer is equipped with an oil level thermometer, a pressure relief valve with a contact is installed on the top of the oil tank, the oil level indicator of the oil storage tank adopts an oil level gauge with a contact, and the high and low pressure bushing adopts anti-fouling reinforced pure porcelain oil bushing, which can be used for heavy pollution level environment.
6. High-quality insulating skeleton support inside the coilThe inside of the coil is supported by a high-quality insulating skeleton. All coils use internal and external braces, all braces and pads are chamfered, the electric field is uniform, and the reliability is enhanced. All the fasteners on the body of the coil axis adopt self-locking lock nuts, so that the product can withstand long-distance transportation bumps without loosening and without hanging core.
