Description:

The high-voltage epoxy resin cast transformer used in the sewage treatment plant's electrical system has excellent moisture-proof and anti-corrosion properties, good overload adaptability, and worry-free operation, ensuring the sewage purification process.

1.Excellent Moisture-proof and Anti-corrosion

In sewage treatment plants with high humidity and corrosive gases, the epoxy resin casting layer of this transformer isolates water vapor and corrosive substances. Under long-term immersion and erosion, the internal components do not rust or short-circuit, maintaining a stable power supply.   2.Good Overload Adaptability
The treatment equipment starts and stops frequently, easily causing current fluctuations. It can withstand overloads for a short time, ensuring that key processes do not lose power. For example, the power supply to aeration and sedimentation equipment remains stable, and the sewage treatment process continues without interruption.
Operation Environment

A)  Altitude: Not exceeding 1000m, shall be derating used if above 1000m;
B)  Ambient Temperature: -25ºC~55ºC.
C)  Relative Humidity: ≤95%;
D) As to the installation site, to make sure no bad effect on transformer insulation, chemical deposition, dust, and other explosive or erosive medium.
